Bio

Patricia obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and in Sociology at The American University in Washington D.C. and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.  Her experience is in both inpatient and outpatient settings with extensive experience in assessment, psychotherapy and trauma therapy with adults.

Some of the specialized treatments Patricia provides include: Conflict Resolution, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Complex Trauma and PTSD, Behavior Management, Stress Management and Reduction, Parenting Skills, and Communication Skills.  She also offers individual counseling for sexual assault and trauma.

Patricia has been in private practice since 1991.
